*Miller Homes will pay up to 5% of the purchase price of the selected plot, to match the customer's deposit, as agreed at point of reservation. To be eligible for the deposit match the customer must be able to prove at point of settlement that they are in possession of the agreed deposit amount. Customer must pay the standard reservation charge on their selected plot. Deposit match value will be deducted from total sale price on legal completion.
