White Glove Delivery

At Sterling we are always striving for the best and our delivery service is no different.

Our aim is simple - to provide the finest ‘White Glove’ delivery service in the business. Our expert two-man delivery crews will not only deliver but also unwrap and place your furniture in the location specified by you. Furthermore, all pieces will be assembled (excluding flat pack items), packaging will be removed and we will even check any electrical fittings if relevant. With over 35 years of furniture deliveries under our belt we have some of the most experienced furniture delivery crews in the country but this will never stop us trying to continually improve the delivery service for each and every one of our customers.

Our two-man ‘white glove’ delivery service is fixed at £60 for delivery to absolutely anywhere on the UK mainland. This is a flat charge regardless of the number of furniture pieces being delivered. This service is generally required for all medium and large furniture products.

As soon as your furniture is ready for delivery we'll be in touch to agree a suitable day for delivery.

Don't wait in all day with a 4 hour delivery slot

On the day of your delivery, a 4 hour delivery slot can be confirmed by phone. This means that you can plan your day to be at home for your exciting delivery but you don't have to wait in all day.

Protection for both your new furniture and your home

All furniture will be transported to your home is state-of-the-art protective packaging to make sure it arrives in perfect condition. Furthermore, our delivery teams will always take every effort to protect your home from any damage when transporting your furniture into your home.

You choose where you want it and we'll build it there

We will unwrap and place your furniture in the location specified by you (subject to reasonable access). Furthermore, all pieces will be assembled (excluding flat pack items), packaging will be removed and we will even check any electrical fittings if relevant.

What if I don't live on the UK mainland?

We are happy to arrange delivery to any UK island location but due to the wide range of delivery complexities to different islands we are not able to provide a standard charge for this. Please contact us and we will be delighted to quote you for your specific requirements.
