At Sterling we want you to be happy with your purchase so we’re more than happy for you to return it. Upon delivery, you have a full 7 days to let us know that you would like to return part or all of your order.

Simply call us on 0845 543 0469 any time between 9.30am and 5.30pm, Monday to Friday and one of our online team will be delighted to advise you on your return and the best options available to you. Alternatively, you can inform us of your desire to return your order in writing by emailing returns@sterlingfurniture.co.uk.

We’re very grateful to have incredibly local customers and so on those rare occasions when your purchase needs to be returned, we’ll always try to be as helpful as we possibly can.
