We are thinking of all our customers at this unprecedented time and we hope that you and your family are safe and well.
We wanted to write to you today as we know you currently have an order with us or you are waiting for an update from us regarding furniture you have recently taken delivery of.
Due to government advice, we have had to temporarily suspend furniture deliveries and in turn we may now experience some delays from suppliers and 3rd party partners.
As soon as the current situation improves and we are able to resume our normal activities, we will be in touch with you regarding your order.
We now have a single point of correspondence until further notice. As our stores, offices and warehouses are currently closed we are not able to answer phone calls. If you should need to contact us for any reason during our temporary closure please direct all correspondence to contact@sterlingfurniture.co.uk.
All furniture deliveries are now on hold and will be stored safely in our warehouse until we can arrange a new delivery schedule after the current restrictions are lifted.
We will be posting updates to our online Covid-19 information page whenever possible which is available to view here.
We thank you for your understanding and we really hope that we will be welcoming you back to Sterling sooner rather than later.
